The Blauw Peony begins where craft and sky meet.
Hand block printed by artisans in India using wooden stamps carved with generations of patience, this mini dress carries a print that cannot be perfectly replicated by any machine and that is precisely the point. The cornflower blue ground blooms with large open peonies in cobalt and white, with sage green leaves flowing between them like water. A print that feels both ancient and completely of this moment. And yes, there are pockets. Two of them, on both sides, deep enough to actually use
The silhouette is pure ease. Voluminous balloon sleeves that drift as you move, a gathered empire waist, and a full tiered skirt with no underlining. Just the magical lightness of cotton against your skin. A delicate keyhole tie at the neckline is the only detail it needs.

100% cotton. Lightweight and breathable. Some find it sheer in bright light and a simple slip underneath works beautifully if preferred.
Care
Hand wash in cold water with a gentle, natural detergent. Hang dry in the shade. Treat it with a little love, and it will last for years.

Is every stitch really handcrafted?
Yes. Every piece is made in small batches by our artisans in India, using traditional techniques and a lot of patience. Each garment is cut, printed and stitched by hand in our partner workshops, with no mass production and no assembly lines. You might notice tiny variations from piece to piece and that is simply the mark of the human hands that made your Indie Dhaga item unique.
Are your products sustainable?
Yes. We design Indie Dhaga pieces with a slow and thoughtful mindset.
We work with natural breathable fabrics, traditional handcraft techniques and small batch production to avoid overstock and waste. Many of our trims and packaging choices are plastic free or low plastic, and we try to support artisan communities and fair working conditions with every collection.
We are not perfect, but every step from fabric choices to packaging is taken with sustainability and longevity in mind so you can wear your pieces for years, not just a season.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
Due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings, there may be slight variations in color and detailing. As each item is handcrafted, minor differences in stitching or pattern are natural and add to the uniqueness of your piece.
